| Advanced Players: all Jaws/Sharks players need to register through their head coach. All advanced teams play in the SYCA organization and need to fill out appropriate forms including 1601 Player Registration form. These can be located at www.cysanorth.org |

Recreational Players: There are three ways to registration a rec player for SCCYSC:
- by Mail (2011 Fall Registration Form)
You can mail your completed registration items (checks only, no cash) to:
