Todd Tsukushi

Todd works the girls hard and he appreciates their efforts, regardless of the outcome. He asks them to give their best and recognizes that sometimes putting out your best can still result in a lower score. At games, you rarely hear Todd raise his voice on the sidelines. He saves his coaching for before the games, at half time and after the games. He also appreciates the diversity of the players and fills their emotional tanks by helping them recognize skills that they are good at. 

Todd also has put in a lot of his personal time outside the soccer field. He shares his love for photography with team members who have an interest in it and encourages his team to participate in social events as a group to strengthen their team bond.   He helps them to develop themselves as well rounded members of a community.
