Tim Youmans

He has been coaching the girls for many years and has always gone the extra mile for his team.  He has extensive experience coaching and leading the team. He is creative in his skills and tactics, truly dedicated to learning “more drills, skills, through various clinics” that help him become the best coach he can be.  He has many soccer DVD’s that he constantly learns from and reviews and shares with the girls. His years of experience in leadership and people skills contribute to managing the different personalities of the girls and he always seeks the best possibilities for his players. He is a fair coach. He welcomes the parents in helping with the team, and guides them through their efforts; and is there for questions or concerns.  He helped Tami with the Santa Cruz Classic, while making sure his own team was fulfilling their obligations as well. He and his family have attended the Referee courses and he and his wife have also attended the Positive Coaching Alliance Classes.
