Raven Graham

From Day 1 Raven emphasized the importance of having FUN while playing soccer. She takes a lot of time out of her schedule, getting to practice early and setting up tons of different drills.  She plays music and the girls enjoy playing all the "games". Meanwhile, they have learned many core soccer skills without even knowing it. My daughter and her friends cannot wait to get to practice! Raven is extremely encouraging to all the girls and I am especially impressed with her constructive coaching skills. Raven has continued to use this POSITIVE method of letting them play during the game, and then picking up on skills to focus on during the next practice. She is never negative, and never lectures them about what they did "wrong". During the games, Raven ensures everyone gets equal playing time.  They are a TEAM and there are no "super stars".
