Nick Marini

I nominate coach Nick because he has truly been amazing with the kids on our team. Our team is made up of 4 and 5 year old boys and girls. Needless to say, sometimes directing them is like herding cats. There have been days where kids are tired, hungry, frustrated, sad, etc. But coach Nick always takes the time to help each child, while remaining patient, supportive, and encouraging. I think so far we have only "won" one game- our first. And still he has approached the game with such optimism and excitement, that the kids are also excited, and always out on the field having fun and doing their best. They are learning the game of soccer, respect, sportsmanship, and above all

love of soccer. We couldn't have asked for more for our child's first experience with soccer.
