Kevin Watts

We’ve had a tough year with straight losses; however, Kevin has been able to focus on the progress each child has made.  He is so good at this that they haven’t even noticed all the losses.  He also is diplomatic about allowing kids to try different positions without worrying if this would result in a bigger loss.  Additionally, he also has been working hard to improve skills with various innovation approaches.
