John Cox

I would like to nominate coach John Cox as an outstanding coach.  He brings great enthusiasm to every practice and he really puts his heart into the team. This is the first time that my son has had a coach from the community, not a parent of a teammate. I am amazed at the dedication that John shows to his team, which he is coaching out of an obvious love for the game and a way to give to the community. John has called my son several times after games to tell him what a great job he did and how he really appreciated the fact that he is a team player and that he passes the ball a lot.  Those phone calls have meant a lot to him.  He feels so proud after getting one.

Coach Cox has taught him a lot about trusting his teammates and by trusting his teammates he has learned to stay in his position.
