Heather Gerwin

I am writing in support of Heather Gerwin as a coach that honors her players and the game. She consistently acknowledges the players for their efforts and improvements. She builds on the players’ strengths with praising words while still finding a way to encourage them to move to the next level. I am so thankful to have had such a positive and dedicated coach that honors the players for who they are on and off the field.  Thanks you Heather for all you do!
