Frank Blom & Gabriel Wolff

This is our daughter’s first time on a competitive team and we were all wary of what that would mean. Frank and Gabriel have made it a very rewarding experience for our daughter as we have seen her confidence and self-esteem increase in these past months. What makes this more remarkable is that the team has struggled and only won one game so far. This can be a very discouraging feeling for the girls who work hard but don't have much to show for it. Despite their not winning games, the team has remained very positive and upbeat.  Frank and Gabriel have never shouted or talked down to any of the players despite the frustration.  Instead they have picked out what the girls have done well and only focus on that aspect of the game, rather than the score.  I have three kids in sports and I have never encountered such a positive coaching style in 10 years.
