Charlie Bailey

Not only does he truly teach the kids in great detail about the game, strategy, teamwork and positions, but he truly makes it fun for the kids. Charlie has a way of keeping everything calm.  He is always participating in the drills and I love to see him smile when one of the boys "out-maneuvers" the coach! 

After the games, he always takes the kids into a huddle, so I asked my son what he is saying, and he told me that "coach always tells us that we played a great game and that he is proud of us - even if we don't win". This is our first year playing on a "comp" team, and obviously the players are a bit more competitive, but Charlie is so great at making sure the kids are having fun.
