Roger Azevedo

He is consistently encouraging, unfailingly positive, and frequently goes the extra mile to ensure his kids have a great experience.  He and his entire family support the kids, and always find something encouraging to say to each child.  One practice my son was having a difficult time.  He was over tired and became frustrated with himself and his abilities.  He disintegrated into full meltdown on the field.  Roger stayed a half hour after practice with my son and played a fun drill, building his confidence back up, and turning his attitude from wanting to quit to once again being excited about the game.  As a parent, that meant the world to me. That is just one example of how great Roger is.
