Poul Schiebel
He does a great job teaching
soccer to the kids without any negativity or put-downs. The kids learn they are
allowed to make mistakes without fear of repercussion and they really love the
game. All the kids are learning about teamwork, respect for others, respect for
the game, respect for the opponents, and are all becoming better individuals in
society as a result. He keeps it fun and entertaining too.
He always speaks
respectfully to the boys and gives positive feedback to every player.
He shares his own knowledge
and enthusiasm with the players and finds the best in each one of them.
Fun is his number one goal.
He is very fair, extremely
motivational, supportive, and a great listener. He conducts excellent practices
– skill and team development. He expects all his players to play their
best. His respect towards parents is welcomed.
He teaches sportsmanship and
fair play. He always gives positive instruction and direction – he often
praises the play of kids on the other team that is contagious. He is courteous
to the officials.
Poul treats the kids fairly.
He encourages the kids to try new positions and expand their skills. He is very
much into teaching rather than winning.
HeÕs been a great influence
on my son. His love for soccer and respect for the game has given my son the
foundation for honoring the game and respect for the other team.
