I have to say that these two coaches are as nice and as supportive as possible. I'm so impressed. Both are always there for the kids - helping them to challenge themselves and using great strategies to point out what can be improved without making the kids feel in the least bit criticized. The kids are incredibly excited by their team and as far as I can tell love their coaches. They give high fives whenever any kid comes on or off the field and often let the kids know what they did particularly well that day.

Mark honors the game by asking players sitting out to follow the play and cheer on good teamwork.
