Jim Courtright
He truly cares about the children and is very dedicated
to their physical and emotional well-being. He teaches specific skills, varies
the drills, and provides many opportunities for kids to practice those skills.
Jim is committed to making the kids feel good about
themselves and re-enforcing good sportsmanship, skills, positive attitudes,
cheering each other on, working as a team, and taking responsibility for their
own actions. He never yells, but yet still manages to keep them all in line.
Not an easy task with a large group of kids. And, Jim stepped up to the plate
and is coaching two teams!
